Adopt a duck for County Durham Foundation and your duck could win you £10,000!

Great British Duck Race

On Sunday 2nd September 2007, The Great British Duck Race will take place down a 1km stretch of the River Thames near Hampton Court Palace. The target is to race 165,000 ducks, breaking a new World Record and raising more than £500,000 for UK Charities!

County Durham Foundation can share in the funds raised with a little help from our supporters. All you need do is visit www.thegreatbritishduckrace.co.uk and select County Durham Foundation as the benefiting charity for your ducks. The Great British Duck Race will do the rest. You are not restricted to one duck, buy as many as you like and tell your friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances…..the more ducks we sell, the more money we make.

This is how it works; it costs just £2 to adopt a duck (which includes a donation to charity) plus a recommended donation of £3 per duck, which comes directly to County Durham Foundation. Every duck entered has the chance to win a fantastic prize and the winning duck wins a massive £ 10,000.
